Job Description

• understand and Analyze the Key Business Drivers.
• suggest Effective Measures for Business Expansion and Growth.
• assist Ceo in Taking Strategic Decisions for the Business.
• manage and Structure Database of Ceo’s Networks.
• compartmentalize Data Based On Priority and Utility.
• prepare Business Presentation .
• manage and Prioritize Phone Calls and E-mails of the Ceo.
• prepare Content for Generic Mails to Be Shared from the Ceo’s Desk.
• merge E-mails to Facilitate Sending Bulk Emails to Employees and Associates.
• ensure Complete Confidentiality of Information Accessed Through Ceo’s Email.
• create Folders for Categorization of Emails for Easy Access By the Ceo.
• record and Remind the Ceo of Any Email that Has to Be Sent/ Replied to On Priority.
• maintain a Record of all the Details of Events Covered By the Ceo in the Recent Past.
• maintain a Record of all the Forthcoming Events to Be Covered By Ceo.
• remind the Ceo of all the Events and Meetings as per the Calendar Dates.
• inform the Associates with Whom the Meeting of Ceo Has Been Scheduled.
• schedule Meetings of Associates with Ceo.
• record the Minutes of Meetings and Share the Same with Ceo and the Concerned Associates.
• issue Office Memos On Behalf of and Under the Discretion of Ceo.
• remind the Ceo of Forthcoming Meetings Along with the Specific Guidelines, if Any, for the Same.
• ensure Complete Confidentiality of Any Information Discussed or Shared During Meetings of Ceo.
• maintain all Documents of the Ceo in a Neat and Organized Manner.
• create Specific Folders for all Documents.
• seek Prior Approval of Ceo Before Discarding Any Document.
• maintain a Record of all Important Emails, Letters and Memos Issued By the Ceo.
• ensure Sanctity and Confidentiality of all Documents of Ceo.
• maintain a Record of Forthcoming Travel Plans of Ceo.
• arrange for Booking of Tickets and Reservation of Hotel Room.
• maintain a Kit of all Important Documents.
